His story

Gino was born in Panama in a military family and raised mostly in El Paso, Texas. His heritage is Haitian, Panamanian, and American. He moved to Colorado Springs in 2014, then chose Pueblo in 2021, where he launched All Floors Pueblo to do floor care the right way: clear pricing, certified process, no games.

He started in carpet cleaning in 2017, spent several years in sales and business operations, and came back to floors with formal training: IICRC certification in carpet cleaning and stone, masonry, and tile care, NWFA membership, Lägler hardwood training, and IWFA membership for window film.

He is owner-operated. When a reporter or a customer has a question, the person answering is the person who does the work.
