Meet Gino Hyppolite
Gino Hyppolite is the founder and operator of All Floors Pueblo. His story is a truly American one — and a truly global one.
His father immigrated from Haiti at 18 and served in the U.S. Army, which stationed him in Panama — where he met Gino’s mother, a Panamanian native. Gino was born in Panama, raised primarily in El Paso, Texas, and moved to Colorado in 2014.
Gino is Haitian, Panamanian, and American — three cultures of service, craft, and hard work, all carried into every job All Floors Pueblo takes on.
Why Pueblo
Gino relocated to Pueblo in 2021 to care for his mother’s home, and decided to set up shop right where he was standing. What began as a family anchor became a business built on conviction: Southern Colorado homeowners and business owners deserve certified, honest floor care — from someone actually invested in doing it right.
Our Story
Gino’s floor care career began in 2017, cleaning carpets in Colorado Springs. For two years he worked as a technician, earning the hands-on reps that no textbook can teach. In 2019 he shifted into sales — door-to-door solar, home security, and eventually running his own insurance team for nearly four years. That chapter taught him something most floor-cleaning companies miss entirely: how a real business should treat its customers.
When Gino returned to the floor-care trade, he didn’t come back as a technician. He came back as an IICRC-certified, NWFA-trained, Lägler-equipped craftsman who also understood sales, service, and operations. He’d spent years watching companies dangle promises, skip certifications, and treat good technicians like they’d never amount to anything more. He decided to build the opposite.
